Job summary

The Philadelphia Museum of Art is seeking a proactive Membership Coordinator to support the Member Experience team in day-to-day operations, member communications, and engagement activities. You will liaise with Development Operations to ensure accurate records and timely acknowledgements.

The role involves assisting with collateral creation, member retention efforts, and providing high-quality service to our diverse member community across events and programs.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member Support via phone and email, including one consistent weekend day.
• Assist the Membership team with daily operations and processing gifts and acknowledgements.
• Coordinate special member requests and accommodation as possible.
• Create and promo collateral for membership programs and benefits.
• Track concerns and solutions to maintain long-term member relationships.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of member records with Development Operations and IIT.
