Life Time Beachwood is seeking a Membership Concierge II to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests while delivering outstanding service and engagement. You will assist with account maintenance, drive member retention, and educate on club programming, events and pricing.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask while delivering high quality customer service.
• Able to stand for 4 hours at a time and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handle inquiries promptly.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills with members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests
• Receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
• Maintains updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions
• Serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
