Qualifications

• Candidates must deliver high quality customer service and effective verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in customer service or sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests, creating extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage members and drive engagement.
• Educates members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, transactions, and program payments.
• Serves as a contact for new membership sales and retention.
• Uses tools to resolve questions and perform service recovery.
