Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; friendly interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency required; Spanish helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class hospitality to guests and members at the Welcome Desk.
• Check-in guests, support member retention, and promote activities and programs.
• Upsell programming and guide guests to services of interest.
• Maintain knowledge of membership options and center policies.
• Assist in onboarding and follow-up with new and returning members.
