IEEE is seeking a Membership Marketing Campaigns Specialist to support membership marketing across channels, including campaign building, execution, and reporting. The role involves content asset creation, web updates, and social/post management within a collaborative team.

The successful candidate will contribute to multi-channel campaigns, lead generation and nurture programs, and work with Marketo, Knak, and analytics tools to optimize performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years relevant work experience in Marketing or Communications.
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Marketo or similar CRM system, Tableau or similar reporting and dashboards, Google Analytics, AEM or similar UCM experience, Knak, Smartsheet, Canva.
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proactively approaches responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Campaign Design and Execution: Assist in email campaigns and newsletters to drive member engagement and promote IEEE membership.
• Create and manage email templates, ensuring consistency in copy and design elements for each audience.
• Build and maintain end-to-end campaigns for multi-channel campaigns, lead generation and lead nurture.
• Analyze reports and recommend improvements using A/B testing.
• Content Creation and Management: Assist in content creation for membership marketing efforts.
• Search for articles, webinars, and other IEEE offerings for cross-promotion.
• Create digital assets for the above.
• Develop and disseminate social posts for recruitment and engagement.
• Manage web page updates and new page creation for the membership marketing team.
• Manage creative asset updates with our design agency.
