Job summary

Goodwood Road Racing Club, USA in California is seeking a proactive Membership Manager to build, own and scale the US membership operation from scratch ahead of launch. You will shape the member journey, design experiences, manage partnerships, and lead a small team while navigating ambiguity and rapid growth.

Regular travel to GRRC USA events and collaboration with the UK team will be essential, with budget ownership and a strong customer-obsessed mindset guiding every decision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the complete Member journey from sign-up onwards.
• Build and improve the membership proposition and experiences.
• Drive retention, referrals and satisfaction to grow the community.
• Design a year-round calendar of member experiences and events.
• Develop member benefits through partnerships across motorsport and related sectors.
• Own the Membership budget and report on performance.
• Shape the GRRC USA membership app with the Marketing team.
• Lead a Membership Planner and liaise with UK team.
