New Reach, headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, seeks a General Manager for its Owners Club, the flagship executive membership community. You will lead strategy, growth, and member experience while partnering with Pace Morby and executive leadership to expand impact.

This role is highly visible, requiring executive presence and trusted leadership. The GM will drive revenue, retention, and programming, align with cross-functional teams, and steward the community’s long-term vision across live events,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience leading premium membership organizations or executive communities.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, retention, and engagement.
• Strong executive presence and communication with founders and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term vision and strategic plan for Owners Club.
• Own performance including revenue growth, member acquisition and retention.
• Lead brand direction, market positioning, and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Pace Morby and executives to scale programming and member experience.
• Coordinate with Sales on pipeline, conversions, and enrollment quality.
• Oversee curriculum development and high-value programming for members.
• Design retention strategies to increase renewals and lifetime value.
• Represent Owners Club at events and strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive member journeys.
