Job summary

Club Athletic, based in New York, seeks a Club Manager to lead member retention and daily operations across its growing network of clubs. You will balance coaching responsibilities with hands-on leadership, ensuring high coaching standards and exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities include running sessions, engaging with members, overseeing Mindbody workflows, and driving community events to sustain retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coaching in a group fitness or strength & conditioning setting.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred).
• Strong customer-facing experience and hospitality mindset.
• Certification in NASM-CPT or equivalent.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive member retention and experience across the club.
• Lead coaching of 8–10 classes per week and uphold coaching standards.
• Own day-to-day club operations including scheduling and data accuracy.
• Organize and run in-club and out-of-club events to build community.
• Provide real-time feedback to coaches and participate in trials and training.
