Job summary

New Reach in Tempe, Arizona, an elite-membership platform, seeks a General Manager for the Owners Club to lead strategy, growth, and member experience. You will oversee brand direction, sales, programming, and long-term business expansion while partnering with executive leadership to scale impact among accomplished entrepreneurs.

You will drive revenue growth, retention, engagement, and profitability, building a high-performing team and aligning cross-functional functions to deliver a premium

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Proven success leading a premium membership organization or similar.
• Strong ability to drive sales, retention, and lifetime value.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term vision and strategic plan for Owners Club.
• Own performance across revenue, retention, engagement, profitability, and lifetime value.
• Lead brand strategy, market positioning, and differentiation for Owners Club.
• Collaborate with Sales on pipeline, conversion, and enrollment quality.
• Develop and improve Owners Club curriculum and programming.
• Create retention strategies to drive renewals and referrals.
• Represent Owners Club at events and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive member experience.
