One Medical is seeking a Member Support Specialist (Administrative Assistant) to be an in-person ambassador for patients at our San Francisco Duboce Triangle offices. You will manage front-of-house tasks, support patient intake, scheduling, and billing knowledge while delivering an exceptional, empathetic experience.

You'll work as part of a collaborative team, using Slack, G-suite, Zoom and our EMR system 1Life.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven teams.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and basic computer tasks.

Responsabilités

• Front-of-house duties including check in/out, insurance verification and scheduling.
• Provide exceptional patient experience and address feedback.
• Support in-office providers and team problem solving.
• Master technology suite (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR 1Life) for daily tasks.
