Prismhr Hire is seeking a Call Center Representative for a credit union. You will serve as the primary contact by telephone, email, voicemail, and other channels, delivering courteous, accurate assistance with accounts, transactions, card services, and digital banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years in a financial institution, Call Center, or customer-service role preferred; digital-banking or card-services experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide prompt, courteous member service while verifying member identity.
• Research questions about balances, transactions, eligibility, policies, products, and services.
• Assist members with online and mobile banking enrollment, login assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved digital-banking issues and monitor follow-up.
• Assist with Bill Pay, Zelle, ACH transactions, wire transfers, direct deposits, and other payment services.
