Horizon Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Representative to assist members by phone, email, and chat, explaining credit union products and services, resolving account questions, and guiding members toward the right solutions.

You will operate the credit union system, process routine transactions, cross-sell products, and maintain confidentiality. The role emphasizes clear communication, member focus, and dependable teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 1 year related experience or training.
• Thorough knowledge of credit union computer system for basic input/output tasks.
• Substitute education with related work experience where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Answer member questions via phone, fax, mail, internet, chat or email.
• Cross-sell credit union products and process basic transactions.
• Assist with account operations: openings, closings, transfers, checks and drafts.
• Provide information and troubleshooting for Visa debit/credit/ATM cards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of member and employee information.
