Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred; financial institution experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help people.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Basic math and computer skills with comfort using phone systems and business applications.
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members through phone channels, providing friendly, professional, and personalized service.
• Help with everyday banking needs, including transactions, payments, account maintenance, forms, and service requests.
• Listen carefully, answer questions, research concerns, and help members find clear solutions.
• Learn about members’ needs and connect them with products and services that can support their financial goals.
• Maintain accuracy while handling transactions, documentation, account updates, and other operational responsibilities.
• Work alongside teammates and leaders to create a positive, collaborative experience for every member.
