You will collaborate with supervisors and team leads to maintain security, accuracy, and member satisfaction, with opportunities to grow through coaching sessions and performance recognition.

Qualifications

• Assists members and potential members with their telephone requests and resolves questions within authority.
• Identifies opportunities to cross-sell products and services based on member needs.
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve member issues when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Answer member calls and assist with product inquiries.
• Resolve issues within authority or refer to supervisor with recommendations.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and articulate product benefits to callers.
• Prevent fraud by verifying member identity per procedures.
• Coordinate with other teams to resolve account issues.
