Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between members and the credit union across multiple channels.
• Open new accounts and process loan applications.
• Provide accurate account information and handle inbound/outbound inquiries via calls, chats, and tickets.
• Perform daily financial transactions and proactively cross-sell products and services.
