You will identify member needs and connect them with suitable financial solutions, while researching accounts and documenting interactions with care.

You will work in a collaborative team environment, maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced contact center and contributing to ongoing coaching and growth

Qualifications

• Clear and professional communication across calls, texts, chats, and emails.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Ability to verify member information and follow policies.
• Good PC skills to navigate systems and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries across phone, text, chat, and email with a member-first approach.
• Identify member needs and suggest relevant Truliant products or services.
• Research and resolve account questions; verify identity; document interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates and internal partners to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
