Job summary

TalentoHC is seeking a Member Support Analyst to join its team in Miami, FL. The role combines customer service, administrative coordination, reporting, and analytical support, serving as a key contact for members and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings a strong customer-service mindset, excellent organization, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site support is required five days a week.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer support, administrative support, operations, or related function.
• Experience in QSR/restaurant or foodservice industry preferred.
• Zendesk experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional member support via help desk calls and emails.
• Respond to inquiries within service-level expectations and document requests/resolutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Support users of the pricing management platform with troubleshooting and coordination.
• Manage user setup for master-level website accounts across stakeholders.
• Review and follow up emails, correspondence, and member requests.
• Prepare follow-up communications and meeting materials.
• Assist with newsletters, updates, and member communications.
• Support reporting and analysis activities and create presentations and reports.
• Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve member needs.
• Provide additional operational and project support as priorities evolve.
