Job summary

TalentoHC in Miami seeks a Senior Specialist, Talent & Engagement Analytics to lead talent review and 360 feedback processes for senior leaders and managers. You will build dashboards tracking promotion, performance, and engagement trends, and own the annual Culture & Engagement Survey lifecycle, from survey design and administration through executive reporting and post-survey action planning support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, or executive support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with analytical and BI tools such as SQL, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
