TalentoHC is seeking a highly analytical Financial & Commercial Modeling Analyst in Miami, hybrid (Onsite Mon-Thu). The role focuses on financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue recognition under ASC 606 for a loyalty-driven business.

You will partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive reporting, variance analysis, and strategic initiatives. The environment is fast-paced and requires adaptability and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Understanding of revenue deferrals and ASC 606.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables and large datasets.
• Experience with multi-channel revenue environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly reporting, variance analysis, and management packs.
• Model revenue deferrals and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting across channels.
• Support monthly close activities with revenue analysis.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
