Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a helpdesk/call center preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and typing 40+ wpm.
• Professional and courteous with customers at all times.

Responsibilities

• Address member inquiries professionally to build long-term relationships.
• Resolve issues efficiently to support the company bottom line.
• Monitor email queue and respond to member inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with management to stay updated on product knowledge.
• Handle confidential customer information with integrity.
• Participate in training courses and support new programs.
