Honor Credit Union in South Haven is seeking a Member Specialist to assist members with financial needs and deliver a best-in-class experience.

You will help members with new loans and accounts, advise on financial solutions, educate about digital tools, and resolve questions or refer complex issues to the appropriate team.

This full-time role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, MLO registration, and 1–3 years of relevant experience; a friendly, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be or become registered as an MLO and have a Nationwide Licensing Number.
• One to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Assist members with new loans and products, opening and maintaining memberships and new accounts, advises members on various financial solutions and maintains knowledge on products and services.
• Educate and encourage membership to utilize various digital solutions to enhance overall member experience.
• Courteously and promptly resolves member questions and problems or properly refers them to appropriate team members.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as required.
• Demonstrate alignment with company policies and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
