Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be/or become registered as an MLO and have a Nationwide Licensing Number.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience, including cash handling and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Assist members with new loans and products, opening and maintaining memberships and new accounts, advising on financial solutions.
• Educate members on digital solutions to enhance the overall experience.
• Courteously and promptly resolve member questions or refer to appropriate team members.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
