You will act as a liaison between the credit union and its members, handling inquiries, account openings, and loan processing with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in member solutions, financial services, or customer service.
• At least 1 year of experience in bank or credit union lending.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Annual compliance training and regulatory requirements are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service and uphold brand standards.
• Assist members with inquiries, account openings, and product information.
• Process loan applications and supporting documents with accuracy.
• Identify lending opportunities and cross-sell products.
• Support branch operations and assist management in their absence.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
