Credit Union of Georgia is seeking a Member Solutions Officer to deliver outstanding member service and expert knowledge on consumer loan products. You will act as a liaison between the credit union and its members, helping identify optimal loan solutions for both parties.

You will process loan applications with accuracy, assist with account inquiries, and cross-sell products while supporting branch operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• 1+ year experience in member solutions, financial services, or customer service.
• 1+ year experience in bank or credit union lending required.
• 5+ years of professional work experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional member service and uphold brand standards.
• Assist members with account inquiries, requests and complaints.
• Process loan applications and supporting documents with accuracy.
• Identify additional lending opportunities by reviewing credit reports.
• Meet branch loan production goals and cross-sell ancillary products.
• Support branch operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Build member relationships by explaining product benefits.
• Complete compliance, security, and professional development training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
