Nusenda Credit Union in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Member Solutions Advisor to monitor and maintain assigned accounts, aiming to meet collection performance standards while protecting assets. You will work with branch staff to recover funds and manage delinquent loans and overdrawn accounts.

The role requires attention to detail, professionalism in communications, and the ability to coordinate with management on collateral repossession and reporting.

Qualifications

• One to two years of similar or related experience.
• High School diploma, or GED.

Responsabilités

• Contact delinquent accounts by phone and mail; advise Card Services of cards to close as a result of delinquency. Skip trace abilities to locate member and/or collateral; work to recover funds on written-off loans through collections tools or outside agencies.
• Coordinate with management to pursue repossession or foreclosure of collateral; provide safekeeping and advise on best sale price in the interest of the Credit Union; maintain repossession records.
• File insurance claims on collateral, posts sales, insurance proceeds and coordinate redemption of collateral; notify all interested parties of sale and disposition.
• Maintain accurate files and reports on all activity and monitor possible kiting; close abusive checking accounts and remove overdraft privileges; work with branch personnel for recovery of overdrawn share accounts; post payments received by collections via credit/debit card advances and transfers.
