Job summary

YMCA of Kentucky in the Northern region is seeking friendly Member Services Associates to welcome members, provide timely information, and process registrations, sales, and refunds with accuracy.

This role offers flexible hours, full or part-time positions, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off, plus membership perks and discounts on programs.

Responsibilities

• Share your enthusiasm and customer-focused work with our members by providing timely and accurate information to members and guests.
• Assist Member Services Director in creating and implementing member-focused policies and procedures.
• Facilitate training while providing leadership to Member Services Associates.
• Process accurate day to day operations such as registrations, sales, and refunds.

PAY: $10.17-$12.71/ hour
