Job summary

The Kaiserman JCC in Wynnewood, PA is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise Welcome Desk, CRM, and daily operations, ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience for members, guests, and staff.

You will lead the Welcome Desk team, coordinate customer service, support membership and program registrations, manage CRM (Amilia) as superuser, generate reports, and help schedule facilities and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front office operations.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn and master systems (CRM experience preferred).
• Demonstrate ability to take initiative, work independently, and improve processes.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Welcome Desk operations, including check-in, phone coverage, and inquiries.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule Welcome Desk staff.
• Coordinate information flow between departments for programs and events.
• Manage front office communications and assist with membership services.
• Serve as CRM superuser (Amilia) and troubleshoot system issues.
• Train staff on CRM usage and generate reports to improve workflows.
• Coordinate facility rentals, scheduling, and event logistics.
• Support program registration processes in-person and online.
• Assist with website, account access, and registration navigation.
