Job summary

• Ability to communicate information related to credit union products and services.

• Ability to exercise good judgement and resourcefully solve routine problems.
• Excellent verbal skills, strong listening skills, proper grammar, tone of voice, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs financial service transactions in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.
• Handle routine deposits, withdrawals, official checks, loan payments, and other services promptly.
• Adhere to check cashing policies and obtain approvals on checks over limits.
• Seek assistance for handling accounts with special alerts or holds.
• Process daily transactions to match established averages for the location.
• Answer member inquiries by phone and in person while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Maintain currency and coin supplies within policy and security standards.
• Operate, replenish, service, and balance cash dispensing, cash recycling, and ATM machines.
• Deliver outstanding service to members and staff in line with the Credit Union's mission.
