OneAZ Credit Union is seeking a branch associate at our Glendale AZ location to provide personal service and manage a variety of financial transactions. You will greet members, process deposits and withdrawals, and promote credit union products.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–6 months of related experience, with a preference for cash handling experience and a customer-focused mindset. Competitive benefits and a structured work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–6 months related experience or training.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amount and endorsements.
• Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and balances.
• Enter transactions into computer and issue receipts.
• Place holds on accounts for uncollected funds.
• Order daily supply of cash and counts incoming cash.
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer at end of shift.
• Explain, promote, or sell credit union products or services.
• Remove deposits from ATM and count cash in night depository.
• Accept loan payments.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act, AML and OFAC regulations.
