OneAZ Credit Union is seeking a dedicated member service representative for their Glendale Branch. In this role, you will provide personal service by assisting members with their financial transactions while promoting and explaining credit union products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, along with related experience. A passion for people and strong cash handling skills are essential for success in this position, along with a willingness to learn about banking regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1-6 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal service by greeting and assisting members with financial transactions.
• Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and examine checks for endorsement.
• Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and member balances.
