Responsibilities

• 60% Perform teller transactions accurately and efficiently: receive/disburse funds, post transactions, and verify accuracy with members.
• 10% Maintain a clean, professional work environment and positive member interactions.
• 10% Stay updated on teller policies, procedures, functions, and regulations.
• 10% Resolve member inquiries regarding policies, practices and products.
• 10% Balance cash drawer daily and report outages or errors per HPCU guidelines.
• Comply with laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and OFAC.
