P1FCU is seeking a friendly teller to assist members with financial transactions, answer questions, and guide members to the right services. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and cash equivalents with accuracy and courtesy.

Daily responsibilities include balancing cash, verifying documents, and maintaining confidential member records. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced branch environment and support other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or teller roles preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Assist members with deposits and withdrawals and explain services.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Maintain member account information and protect privacy.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve problems.
• Provide drive-up and night drop support as assigned.
