Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions via online teller terminal, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Research and handle special requests like stop payments, direct deposits, and wire transfers.
• Promote Credit Union products and cross-sell services to members.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve errors per policy.
