Job summary

You will provide friendly, confidential service, troubleshoot inquiries, and look for opportunities to suggest products and services that benefit members.

• Balance cash drawer daily, with adjustments in line with policy.
• Accurately post transactions with minimal unresolved errors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries in a timely, accurate manner.
• Identify opportunities to promote products and services for member benefit.
