Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
• Financial institution operations knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash advances, money orders).
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with night depository duties and coin handling.
• Promote services and cross-sell products to members.
• Maintain member records and verify identity as needed.
• Adhere to security policies and compliance regulations.
• Provide information about accounts, rates, and locations.
• Support lobby management and respond to member inquiries.
