Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience.
• Effective sales experience with cross-selling products and services to grow membership.
• Intermediate computer terminal and PC operation, and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, transfers, and money orders.
• Receives payments for mortgage, installment, and share-secured loans and ensures accuracy and timeliness.
• Assists with night depository duties and logs deposits, bags and changes.
• Promotes credit union services and cross-sells products to members.
• Maintains security, balances cash drawer daily, and follows BSA/AML/CIP/CDD procedures.
