Responsibilities

• Greet members and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and cashier’s checks.
• Post transactions to member accounts and balance cash drawers daily.
• Promote credit union products and services and meet referral targets.
• Make outbound calls to promote products, schedule appointments, and follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
