• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate records; handle night depository duties as needed.
• Promote credit union services and cross-sell to members; refer to appropriate staff for new financial products.
• Assist with lobby management, account inquiries, and problem resolution with a focus on member satisfaction.
• Maintain security procedures and comply with BSA/AML/CIP/CDD requirements.
