Responsibilities

• Perform routine member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, transfers, and money orders, within policy guidelines and with a consistent balancing record.
• Promote and cross-sell new account products and services by providing recommendations and assisting members.
• Assist with night depository duties, logging bags, processing deposits, making change orders, issuing receipts, and returning bags to members.
• Adhere to security controls and regulatory guidelines (BSA, AML, CIP, CDD) to help prevent fraud and ensure compliance.
