Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Cash handling and service-industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience providing excellent member service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members in a professional manner.
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Maintain cash drawer or cash dispenser with minimal discrepancies.
• Respond to member requests, problems and complaints and provide account information.
• Educate members about online services and handle routine account maintenance.
