IC Credit Union in Leominster, MA is seeking a part-time Teller Services Representative to deliver friendly, accurate financial service and help members with routine transactions while upholding cash-handling standards. You'll process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and balance your cash drawer, while promoting digital banking tools and credit union products.

Schedule includes Monday-Saturday with varying branch needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in cash handling, retail, banking, sales, or another service-focused role preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional member service.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service to members during every interaction.
Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and cash exchanges.
Maintain and balance a cash drawer while following all cash-handling and security procedures.
Assist members with account inquiries and resolve routine service issues.
Promote and educate members on Credit Union products, services, and digital banking tools.
Support branch operations through administrative tasks, record maintenance, and document processing.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements, policies, security standards, and fraud prevention procedures.
Represent IC Credit Union's mission, values, and commitment to member service in every interaction.
