Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service to members during every interaction.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and cash exchanges.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer while following all cash-handling and security procedures.
• Assist members with account inquiries and resolve routine service issues.
• Promote and educate members on Credit Union products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Support branch operations through administrative tasks, record maintenance, and document processing.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, policies, security standards, and fraud prevention procedures.
• Represent IC Credit Union's mission, values, and commitment to member service in every interaction.
