Capital Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a Teller to assist members in person, through drive-ups, and by telephone. You will handle a broad range of transactions with accuracy, balance cash drawers, and promote credit union products to build member relationships.

The role requires high school education, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Candidates should be able to work in a busy branch environment with daily reporting and cross-branch support as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and memos.
Experience with cash handling and customer service preferred.

Responsabilités

Operate on-line teller terminal to process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, and more.
Balance cash drawer daily and report errors to members as needed.
Assist members in person, via drive-ups, and by telephone with a consultative approach.
Promote Credit Union products and services and refer to appropriate specialists.
Open or close the branch following procedures and policies.
Perform miscellaneous branch duties and participate in training as needed.
