Responsibilities

• Assist members in person, via drive-ups, or by phone with transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
• Handle special requests (ACH, wire transfers, stop payments, direct deposits).
• Balance cash drawer daily and report errors per policy.
• Open or close the branch following procedures and policies.
• Assist in training new employees and provide back-up to other areas as needed.
