Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist members in person, via drive-ups, and by telephone with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account information.
• Process special member requests including stop payments, direct deposits, ACH, payroll deductions, wire transfers, and safe deposit boxes.
• Build financial relationships with members, promote bank products, and refer to specialists when appropriate.
• Educate members about Home Banking, E‑Services and other products; promote applicable services to members.
• Balance cash drawer daily and communicate any errors to members and/or supervisors.
• Assist in branch opening/closing and perform miscellaneous branch duties.
