Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service required.
• Previous Experience With Cash Handling preferred.
• Previous financial institution experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and focus in processing transactions; recognizes and resolves discrepancies proactively.
• Displays genuine care, patience, and professionalism in every interaction; recognizes member emotions and responds appropriately.
• Adapts quickly to evolving processes, technologies, and priorities while maintaining a positive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Communicates clearly and confidently; actively listens to understand member needs.
• Contributes positively to branch goals through teamwork and shared accountability.
• Notary – State Certification within 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships by welcoming members to the branch and managing lobby traffic.
• Deliver accurate, compliant service by processing deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing with precision.
• Engage members in consultative conversations to identify financial needs and submit qualified referrals.
• Use and promote digital tools and CRM systems to complete transactions and promote self-service options.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training opportunities to support branch goals and personal growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
