Job summary

You will balance cash, operate the drive-thru, and ensure accurate record-keeping with the Margo and related systems. The role requires strong math, confidentiality, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with members of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality in handling member information.
• Ability to operate basic banking software and record-keeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to needs or direct them to the appropriate person or source.
• Open new memberships and accounts; process changes to accounts.
• Educate members on available services and make recommendations based on needs.
• Record transactions in the Margo system and balance cash drawer, vault, ATM, and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed and maintain daily/ monthly records on required reports.
• Assist members with account problems, reconciliations, or transaction errors; support other branch operations as needed.
