Job summary

Sam's Club in Reno, NV is seeking dedicated front-line staff to deliver exceptional member service at the membership-based retail club. Responsibilities include processing purchases, handling payments, returns, and exchanges per policy, and assisting with locating merchandise and supporting team members.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including customer service and front-end duties.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
• Experience with mobile retail applications is a plus.
