Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment, and familiarity with mobile retail applications.
• Retail experience with front-end equipment and cash register usage is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and processes member purchases.
• Maintains the checkout area and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment and reports unsafe situations to management.
• Delivers training on processes and new technology to front-line associates.
