Walmart in Kenosha, WI is seeking a front-end supervisor to support member service, coaching, and daily store operations. You will supervise associates, process memberships and credit accounts, and participate in driving sales and service initiatives.

Competenze

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred experience leading a front-end team with hiring, mentoring and workload management.

• Provides member service guidance and handles inquiries and issues according to policy.
